The customer contacted us and made us aware of their plans and decisions. Initially this property needed a full house refurb and they contacted us knowing our expertise in refurbishments (Particularly kitchen refurbs).
The scope of work included the following:
- Supply and installation of new Kitchen worktop and Wall & Floor Cabinets
- Supply and installation of Tiling upon agreed areas within the kitchen
- Painting and decoration
- Supply and installation of new Sink unit with Mixer tap
- Replacement of tiled flooring with New Flooring (To be agreed with customer)
- Plumbing & Electrical works
The customer had already been in contact with a different contractor regarding the full house refurb but they were not confident with the contractors' ability to complete a fantastic kitchen refurb.
This refurb was done to the customers specification and budget for a property they are now looking to rent out. We are certain that our expertise and hard work will be beneficial and sustainable for their property and its future.
